Welcome to New South Wales Users and AIDS Association! (“NUAA”)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("the customer") and New South Wales Users and AIDS Association.

2. Product Use and Harm Reduction Disclaimer
2.1. Intended Purpose:
Our products are supplied and intended to be used for harm reduction and substance identification purposes only.
They are intended to be used as presumptive test kits to identify the potential presence of certain substances.
New South Wales Users and AIDS Association cannot guarantee or warrantee the results
2.2. Not a Substitute for Laboratory Testing:
The results from our test kits are presumptive and should not be considered a substitute for definitive laboratory analysis.
We make no claims, guarantees or warrantees about the accuracy, purity, or safety of any substance tested.
It’s important to read the instructions fully before using at-home drug checking materials. It may be drug science, but it’s still science! (Physical copies of instructions are included with every purchase or digitally on the website).
2.3. Disclaimer of Liability:
Purchase and use of any products bought through this website is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or consumer.
New South Wales Users and AIDS Association accepts no liability for any damages, harm, adverse reaction, or death, legal action, or any other consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the products purchased though this website .
New South Wales Users and AIDS Association accepts no liability for any actions taken by the customer and/or consumer based on the use of any products purchased form this website, or for any results that may be obtained from use of any products purchased from this website
You, the customer and/or consumer, assume all responsibility and risk associated with the use of these products. New South Wales Users and AIDS Association cannot beheld liable under any circumstances for the customer’s decision to use the product or any reliance the customer and/or consumer places on the results obtained from using the products purchased on this website.

You, as the customer and/or consumer, may access and use our website for personal use ONLY in compliance with these Terms.
3.2. Prohibited Activities:
You as the customer and/or consumer agree not to use this website for any activity that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of New South Wales Users and AIDS Association or any third party.

New South Wales Users and AIDS Association’s is bound by the The Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles. These directions regulate the way we collect, store, provide access to, use personal information.
New South Wales Users and AIDS Association’s Privacy Policy specifically documents how NUAA collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
