About Us

At NUAA (NSW Users and AIDS Association), we’re here to reduce harm and support safer drug use with tools, info, and peer connection. This store is a social enterprise, 100% of profits go straight back into harm reduction programs in NSW.

Why Reagent Kits?

The drug market is unpredictable. Reagent kits can help spot red flags when a substance isn’t what you expected. They work by changing colour when they react with different chemicals, giving you quick insights before you decide what to do next.

They don’t tell you purity or safety, but they are a simple way to inform decisions.

🌟 Golden rule: use kits to check for red flags, not green lights.

About NUAA

NUAA is a peer-led organisation, run by and for people who use drugs. Since 1987 we’ve delivered harm reduction, advocacy, and support across NSW.

Our work includes:

  • DanceWize NSW: peers providing harm reduction at festivals.
  • Needle and Syringe Program (NSP): free sterile equipment, naloxone, and peer support.
  • NSW Drug Checking Trial: NUAA runs the peer service integrated into the trial, in partnership with NSW Health. This means when people test their substances, they also connect with peers who understand and can offer support.

⚠️ Disclaimer
Reagent kits are harm reduction tools. They can help you spot red flags, but they cannot confirm purity or guarantee safety. No drug use is risk-free. If possible, use professional services like the NSW Drug Checking Trial.
