Our Shipping Methods
At New South Wales Users and AIDS Association (“NUAA”), we use a single, streamlined shipping method for all orders to ensure safety and compliance with Australia Post's regulations.

Shipping Method: Australia Post Tracked Parcel
To comply with the Australia Post Dangerous Goods Guide, all orders are shipped via Australia Post's tracked road transport network. This ensures we can safely and legally send all items we stock.
- Shipping Service: Australia Post Standard Parcel (Road Transport Only).
- Cost: A flat rate will be applied to your order.
- Tracking: All parcel post orders include a tracking number.
- Delivery Area: Due to the road-only restriction, we can only ship to mainland Australian addresses. We cannot ship to Tasmania or any other non-mainland Australian islands (e.g., Kangaroo Island, etc.).

Order Processing and Delivery
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time: Parcels typically arrive within 3-10 business days. Delivery times may be longer for interstate deliveries.
Note: NUAA will make every effort to adhere to these order and delivery guidelines. However, there may be occasions where orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside NUAA’s control. NUAA cannot be held responsible for delay’s outside NUAA’s control.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to NUAA due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
NUAA is not responsible for lost items sent via untracked letter to an incorrect address.
